Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@celorien.com. Please include your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Where applicable, we may provide a return shipping label.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@celorien.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items (where clearly marked), and products that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@celorien.com.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for return.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping where confirmed.

If the return is due to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
